Tele-health Counseling

I offer a safe, down-to-earth space where you can explore and come to accept all aspects of yourself-including parts that may have been shaped by difficult experiences or long-standing patterns. My goal is to support balance and healing through understanding, self-awareness, and compassion rather than judgement.
My work is insight-oriented and depth focused, influenced by existential therapy, Jungian psychology, and a contemplative perspective that honors personal meaning, inner wisdom, and the search for purpose. I view life’s challenges not simply as problems to eliminate, but as opportunities to become more authentic and more deeply connected – to yourself, others and your wider community.
I integrate CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) to help identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, develop practical coping skills, and support emotional regulation. I am formally trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) and may incorporate it when appropriate to support trauma processing. In addition, I draw from other integrative approaches – such as internal family systems – informed concepts, mindfulness, grounding practices, and somatic awareness – as supportive tools to enhance insight, stability, and self-understanding. These elements are used to complement the therapeutic process rather than define it.
Together, we work collaboratively and at a pace that feels respectful, focusing on increased awareness, inner stability and meaningful change that aligns with who you are becoming.
Session information
I provide individual therapy for adults focused on personal growth, self-exploration, and integration of all aspects of yourself, including shadow parts that may have been hidden or disowned. My approach blends insight-oriented, depth focused psychotherapy with evidence informed techniques, guided by existential and Jungian influences. Therapy is collaborate, contemplative and reflective, helping you cultivate balance, authenticity, and meaning in the present moment.
Sessions are offered weekly, typically Tuesday through Wednesday, and are conducted via Doxy.me, a secure, HIPPA compliant tele-health platform. While electronic communications are secure, no system is completely risk free. Payment is due at the time of booking via Stripe, and sessions outside of the standard schedule may be considered on a case by case basis.
Please note that this practice does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in crisis or feel unsafe, call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), 911 for immediate emergency assistance, or go to the nearest emergency department.
All information shared in therapy is kept strictly confidential, except in situations where disclosure is legally required, such as risk of harm to yourself or others, or suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder or vulnerable adult. While I take precautions to protect your privacy, including using secure methods when possible, please note that no phone, text, or email communication is fully confidential; sensitive clinical information should be shared during secure tele-health sessions, such as Doxy.me which is a secure, HIPPA compliant platform designed to protect your privacy. Even with strong security measure in place, no electronic communication method can be guaranteed 100% secure.
